  • No. You can come watch but cannot participate in the Friday late-night activities.

  • Yes, we are trying to have “zone” teams that you can be a part of. For example, if you want to play basketball but don’t have a church team, you can be a part of your zone team.

  • No. Due to the complexities of scheduling an event of this size, no registrations will be accepted after March 2, 2022.

  • No, all church provided lunches must be paid for in advance. Concessions will be available.

  • Partial Refunds will be given until February 28, 2022. The amount will be based on hard costs already spent. No refunds will be given after February 28, 2022.

  • No. You do not need to stay in a hotel if you don’t want to. We just provided information and a group rate to assist you if you needed it. There are a couple of Airbnb’s in town that may be available. Napoleon is approximately 20 minutes east and Bryan is approximately 25 minutes north. Both may have options available.

  • No, you cannot make copies of music at the church. It must be copied prior to arrival.

  • Unfortunately, no. They have to be updated for a new year.
